dv33 Platform Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legally binding agreement between the dv33 platform and its users. By using dv33's website, mobile version, or any related services, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. dv33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

In addition to these Terms, dv33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also apply and are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To open a personal account on dv33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds or earned rewards.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, they will be identified and closed, and all financial transactions will be subject to review. Multiple accounts created from the same household, device, or IP address may both be flagged as suspicious if proof cannot be provided.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the dv33 support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

dv33 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. If you are asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents, failure to provide them within the specified time may result in restricted account activity.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

dv33 is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. Providing false information about age will result in account closure and the associated funds may be confiscated.

The following individuals are not permitted to open an account on dv33:

• Anyone under the age of 21.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Anyone whose dv33 account has been previously banned.
• dv33 officers, employees, or their close family members.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dv33 are processed through Bangladesh's mobile financial services. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must be sent from a mobile number registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits from third-party names or accounts are not accepted.
• A confirmation message will be sent after each transaction is completed.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• dv33 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for technical or security reasons, and they will be processed promptly after verification.

4.3 Special Note About Rocket

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service. The same limits and rules apply for deposits and withdrawals made using Rocket.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

dv33's bonus offers are provided subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus will be considered acceptance of the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each customer may receive a bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses are not transferable as cash and cannot be given to third parties.
• dv33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If bonus fraud is detected, the account will be closed.
• Promotional offers may have specific expiry dates and will expire if not used in time.

6. Fair Play Policy

dv33 is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all users. The platform uses SSL encryption technology, and all game outcomes are determined through a verifiable process to ensure fair play.

If any discrepancy arises in game results due to a technical error, dv33 reserves the right to determine the correct outcome. Results determined during a technical malfunction may be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining bonus advantages.
• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play.
• Attempting to access another user's account or hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to harm other players.
• Using the platform commercially or placing bets on behalf of third parties.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

dv33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under any circumstances, without stating a reason. However, account action is typically taken for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Voluntary account closure at the user's own request.

If bonus conditions have not been met at the time of account closure and bets have been placed using bonus funds, only the return of the original deposited amount will be considered.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

dv33 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. For a detailed description of how your information is collected, stored, and used, please read our Privacy Policy.

All connections are protected by SSL encryption. Financial information is stored in accordance with industry-standard security protocols. dv33 never discloses your password or full payment details to staff.

10. Limitation of Liability

dv33 will not be liable for any loss in the following situations:

• A game being left incomplete due to an internet connection failure.
• Loss caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, etc.
• Loss resulting from the user sharing their account details with others.

dv33 always strives to ensure maximum service availability; however, the service may be interrupted for a limited time due to technical maintenance. Users will be notified in advance in such situations.

12. Changes to Terms

dv33 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any clause or provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for legal reasons, the remaining clauses will remain fully effective.
